HOW TO CONFIGURE ENCODER ?

I use MDC2460 and motor TZBOT 1.1kW (model TZ18-D11S02). I interface MDC2460 with PC through ROBOTRUN+ tool.
Pulses/rev paramate of motor is 34000, but Pulses/rev paramate in ROBOTRUN+ tool <= 32000.
I need everyone's help to be able to read the speed accurately.

Can you send the specifications of your encoder? That is an extremely high resolution.

I am not know information this encoder. But I tried rotate the motor 1 round and read count is 136000.

I think PPR of encoder 1000 p/r, and Gear ratio is 1:34, but I don't know configurator Gear ration. Can you help me ?

You should input 1000 PPR for the resolution.
