roboteq SBL 2630T unable to restart

roboteq SBL 2630T unable to restart was created by Raj
SBL2630T connected thru roborun+. update using usb as a serial as this is the only option I have. the update thru USB is greyed out. 
I have unable to restart error when installing the config.
see attached
only the pwr cntl is connected. 24V.  there is no other connections to the controller.
i cant seem to find his error code in the manual. 
If there is a manual with error codes, please let me know how I can get this.

Hello Raj
please connect to your controller through RS232 and then try the "Update Controller Firmware via COM port", after that select manual the com port you are using and browse to find the proper firmware to update. When in the dialog box shows "waiting for device to restart.. " and stay there for about 5 seconds do a power cycle by your self.
This will update the controller and then you will be able to use also USB port.
