Anti Windup methods

I am using a roboteq controller (HBL 1660) in order to control AGV motors. I have problems with integral error sometimes because of the accumulative error reset (PID action gets saturated). The controller works in closed loop speed.
Does somebody know if It possible implement an anti-windup method at the integral part of the PID or it already has an anti-windup method inside?
