Software needed?

Hello,  I was given a MGSW 4800 and a FLW 200 to config for CANopen.The MGSW went prefect but I ham having problems with the FLW 200.The data sheet say to use the sensors PC utility but I can’t find it in support file downloads.In the track sensor utility I can config and play with it but I don’t think its working like the MSGW is as far as the CANopen side. Please let me know what/how the correct interface is.
