Power unit and Logic unit configuration menu file is missing.

Hello,

i have a controller MDC1460 which is quite old, from 2016.
now i try to start the controller with the new roboteq plus software, but i cant get it started, i have the error attached in file.
when i try to set the controller to reset defaults it mentionig the first error
when i try to update the firmware, it is rejecting because the firmware is not suitable for the hardware in the controller due to it is outdated. 

what to do??
please can someone help me out here? i am at the customer site...
