SBL 1360A firmware update not possible

Hello,

I am currently trying to update the firmware of  SBL 1360A module with the newest with no sucess. The usb option shows no availible target for the upload although the unit is connected and the com port option always throws the error - port is closed. Any useful advice ? Thanks in advance !
