Help with programing motor movements?

Hello everyone, I just bought the ax2850 and I would like to know if anyone can help me with figuring out how to for example:

I have the controller hooked up to two motors, one motor run for say 5 feet(or seconds) then the second will run for x amount of feet or seconds. I want to be able to program this particular movement (or others like it) in a manner that I can easiler repeat them exactly, like a motion control car of sorts. Programming repeatable movements

Any Ideas?
