Joystick buttton to activate output C ? was created by ntaylor
Is there a setup in Roborun so output C can be turned on and off with a joystick button?

If the controller is operated in RC mode, ouput C will respond to movement on radio channel 3, without the need for any Roborun configuration.

I am using a AX2850 in RS232 mode. I use a usb steering wheel as a joystick. I use a port replicator to send the signal to a Ethernet port and then wireless to a converter back to RS232
and then to the 2850. I control two motors, one with the wheel
and one with the pedals. I use Roborun to tune the optical encoders and run the motors. This all is working fine but I would like to control output C with a button on the wheel.
If I reassign the button in the logitech software then I loose
the pedal function because of the axis. Can Roborun assign a
button to output or is there other software I can use?
Thanks

This would require a modification to Roborun. We will look at it and see if this could easily be added in the new version we are working on, and let you have a beta release in a few days.
