I would like to connect vbl2360 to my laptop. However, it doesn't have USB port. How to connect it to the computer?

Your controller came with an RS1 cable. This is the 15 pin to 9 pin serial. If you have a serial port on your laptop, you can connect it there. If you don't, then a serial to usb converter will work for you. Here is one I can recommend. Works for windows up to version 8.
