Outputs not stable? was created by QuiXXotic
I have an issue with unstable 17mA leds driven by 24V through the digital outputs. Recorded the leds and my complete test setup. Everything is serious automation products. Any ideas how i can solve this?

If possible, try a different Raspberry board. We have seen the case once where this would happen.
If stable with another RPI, this will give us some clues.
