i need to connect 2 motors in a controller sdc2130 and some extras like sensors. the inputs are not enough. can i setup one outpus as input?

No.
You have to use the RioX extender. You would need the can function to communicate using Robocan, so the SDC2160N would be the controller you would use, but currently with this build you won't get the USB function anymore.
Otherwise your other option is to upgrade to the HDC2450, which is overkill for your needs if the power for your motor is small.
