RIOx files missing

I just received a RIOx 1216AH and I'm having a hard time configuring it.
Upon power ON all lights light on, as expected, and communication was set between the computer and the board via USB and RS232.

On the Configuration utility (Rev.2.0. 5-31-18)

the following message keeps showing:
"Control unit configuration file is missing
Power unit configuration file is missing"

Also nothing appears on the "Configure" section of "Setup" Tab

I've tried to update the firmware via RS232 and USB with the message "Firmware updated successfully to the controller" popping up after the procedure.
