MGSW1600 RS232 Voltage Level

Good morning,

We did RS232 communication tests with a computer.
We have done tests with two computers and we encounter disturbances with one.
The problem computer seems to have an operating voltage on the RS232 port of -7.5v to +7.5v
While the one that works well seems to be at -10v to +10v.

So, we know what is the RS232 voltage of this sensor ?
