Opal,
Reboot failure was kernel panic, unable to mount SD or something..
I just installed clean arch linux image as no time to redownload noobs now.
I now get new error after installing, this time the daemon service is not starting:
Checked and the file is under: /usr/local/lib/libwiringPi.so.1
I busy checking include paths etc, will give update in few hours.. time for bed now

Hello karman,
For Arch Linux make sure to use separate RioBoard install script ( www.roboteq.com/index.php/docman/rio-doc...tall-arch-linux/file )
Please let us know if it was the reason for your recent issue.

Ok,
Up and running again. Installed wiringpi and recompiled rioboard_test and did a "make install." The make file is still catering for debian as trying to copy the files to /init.d ..
At least I can start getting testing done:)
Thanks for help so far

Hello karman,
Please make sure you are using the Arch Linux install script (not the Raspbian one): www.roboteq.com/index.php/docman/rio-doc...tall-arch-linux/file
