I am trying to control two linear actuators via the SBC2160. This has worked using both 24V and 56V in the past, but the controller has stopped being responsive via USB. I tried the procedure to reset to factory configuration, but the USB light no longer turns on and I cannot connect to USB anymore. The status light flickers very rapidly for roughly a second and then turns off for a short period of time.

Have you tried reflashing the firmware? Sometimes this can resolve that problem. Otherwise it sounds like the USB driver on the board may be bad and the controller will need to be repaired.
