I have had an issue just arise that has resulted in my HBL2360 displaying both the Mosfet Fail and Overvoltage indicators in Roborun software. The controller is reporting the battery Voltage around 63V when actual measured across Vmot wires is 52V. Overvoltage set at 60V.

Probably cause was me shorting a CANH/CANL from the 9pin to the 52V. Is there any hope in resurrection? Any help appreciated!

Cheers,
Ben

It would be unclear right now to determine which part of the controller is damaged as a result. You would need to get this controller serviced for repair or a replacement. If this controller is within the 90 days of purchase it will be covered under warranty; if not, then you would need to go the route of the repair fee. This is 50% off the listed controller price as advertised on our website.

In your case the listed price is $650 for you controller, so the repair fee would be half. $325.
