SDC2130 Overvoltage triggered on low speeds

I've got an SDC2130 hooked up to 2 12 volt batteris & 2 motors.
Lately I've been having an issue with the overvoltage fault being triggered.

To reproduce:
1) Launch roborun utility and connect controller
2) Load default settings on controller
3) increment speed on the second channel until voltage fault

This has just begun occurring.

Is it possibly this was caused by charging the batteries while operating the motor controller?

Please provide the following info:

1) Which version of firmware is currently on your controller. This can be seen by sending the query ?FID from the console.
2) Please provide the configuration file used when the fault is observed (Configuration > Save Profile to Disk)
3) Please run the capture feature on the Run tab with the data points: Battery Volts, Motor Command, Motor Power. After running and achieving the fault save the log and attach the .txt data file.

You will need to attach the two requested files in .zip format.

Thank you for the quick response.
The issue seems to have resolved itself.

What are the best resources to help fine tune the configuration settings?
I've been looking through the main manual but am having trouble finding the correct Encoder ppr.

The manual will be your best resource, it is quite extensive in its description of all configurations and modes of our controllers. If anything is unclear feel free to ask though.

The encoder ppr is a specification of the encoder itself, this will be shown on the encoders datasheet. Sometimes the datasheet will give you CPR (counts per revolution) instead of PPR (pulses per revolution). PPR = CPR / 4 in a quadrature encoder. See page 53 of the User Manual for further description of incremental encoders.
