Topic-icon FBL2360: High No-load current, and non-working FOC

I purchased a FBL2360 a few weeks ago for use with a Torque 6374 190KV motor for use in an autonomous vehicle application, but I am experienceing some problems getting tho motor to commutate correctly, as with trapezoidal commutation it draws 12.5A@44V when at maxium speed under full load. I know that this way way too high as when I run it in sensorless mode I can get it to spin just as fast, but draw only 2.1A.

I have watched and followed your youtube guide on configuring the hall effect sensors and went through all 36 possible combinations. For each combination of motor leads (U, V, W) I was able to find one hall configuration that span well and in the correct direction as indicated by the Hall counter. In this configuration thought the motor sounds a bit weird (See here ) and draws too much current, as mentioned earlier. In addition to this when I try FOC mode, I can't seem to get the motor to commutate at all, no matter what gains I try. I even hooked up a scope to the output when in trapezoidal mode, and it looks like the controller has the correct trapezoidal shape as mentioned in your datasheet ( skip to 20s in here , sorry about the appalling scope).

Can anyone here help me troubleshoot what might be the issue here?
