I have an SDC3260 drive that has a rapidly flashing red/green status light. I don't see this in the data sheet or manual. Occurs immediately after first powering the drive on. Wondering if someone can help me to diagnose. I have attached a video showing the flashing

Currently, do not have Roborun access to the drive. Drive installed in a project in Manilla with only operators at the moment. Could establish a remote connectivity session if absolutely necessary, but was hoping to understand what the code might be without it.

Can you give any more advice without the Roborun info?

Attempting to connect to the drive when it is showing the odd flash pattern doesn't work. The drive will never connect with roborun. We turn off the power and try turning on again, and if the drive LEDs look normal, then roborun connects, and everything looks correct and the drive operates as expected. Sometimes this happens on the first power up, sometimes it takes several power cycle to get the drive into a correct state.

Other things we can test to determine how to resovle this problem?

I have additional information regarding this problem. The drive only seems to enter this problematic state when powered on with the DB25 connector in place. We have tried a second drive as well as a second ribbon cable and found all the results to be the same. The cable is plugged into a breakout board that allows us to make our connections.

If we have the cable disconnected and power on the drive, it starts up just as expected. If we then plug in the cable, the unit operates as expected.

I am attaching the wiring diagram of the assembly to this message. The signals are mostly coming from an industrial radio remote which has relay contacts for the IO and some 0-5V analog outputs for the analog commands. If you need that documentation, please let me know. '
