Do you have your controller connected to your pc via USB when trying to run RoboCAN? With the HDC2450 USB and CAN will not work at the same time. Also, if you establish a USB connection to configure etc, the controller must be power cycled with USB removed before CAN will work.

USB/Serial is not connected. I ran roborun, uploaded my code, disconnected the usb/roborun, restarted the system and tried to use pulse/RC transmitter but the configuration/mbs_code(splitting the pwm signal and sending motor commands from the controller) i had setup doesn't work and the basic channel to channel mapping takes place.

Hey Vannem, sorry I let this one slip through without a reply. I am not sure if we have discussed this in an email or not.

Anyway, when you use console commands, you can specifify if you want them to execute on a different robocan node by using @ and then supplying the robocan node id. Please check if you can reach the rear motors by doing that and let me know how it goes.
