Hello,

I am trying to get the RGBL1896 working with the Motenergy ME1117 motor, but I'm having some issues. I have the Sin/Cos feedback line hooked up, and followed the guide in Section 8 to the letter. When I try to run the motor using the utility, the shaft does spin, but it vibrates excessively when I hit about 10% max speed. It also has an occasional knock.

When following the calibration guide, the only issue I've run into is that when running the !BND command, it's supposed to have the the same output BADJ value no matter where I turn the shaft manually and run the command. It says when I move the shaft manually to a different pole (this motor has 4 pole pairs), the BADJ value should not differ by more than a few values. Mine can differ by hundreds.

I believe my pole pairs (4) and my sensor poles (1) should be set correctly. So far, these are the only settings that I have been able to use to get the shaft to spin. Is there something else I should be looking at? For reference, we have used this exact same motor using a Sevcon Gen4, but we have not seen any kind of knock effect.
