RE: Organizational Change
Dear Customer.

I am reaching out to advise you of an upcoming change to the physical location of Nidec Motor Corporation d/b/a RoboteQ, Inc. (“RoboteQ”). We are closing the Scottsdale, AZ site and transferring products and operations to our Princeton Indiana facility. We are committed to working closely with each customer and utilizing best practices of appropriate approval processes for each individual part. We are implementing several safety nets to ensure that there will be no delivery impacts to you, our valued Customer.

Production lines will not be affected by this move as our current production locations will remain the same. The physical move has begun as of the date of this letter and is anticipated to be complete by January 31st, 2025
