We're excited to announce the release of firmware v3.0b for our RoboG4® Brushless DC motor drives, which is now in production. This extensively validated firmware brings significant updates and fixes to the RoboG4 drives.
Key features of RoboG4 products offered in this release include:
- Support for a 330 kHz clock frequency for SSI sensors
- Configuration option for the thermistor pull-up resistor value
- Dynamic braking (3-phase short) as a loop error trigger action
- Updated homing modes according to the DS402 standard
- Stabilized the PWM brake output of the SBLGM1360T and SBLMG2360T
- Improved Analog Input Min/Center/Max behavior
- Improved resolver functionality
- Enhanced RC5 and RC6 functionality
- Other minor improvements and fixes
